Coaching is a conversation with structure, a safe space where you reflect on yourself, your resources and the context around you, strategize and then choose how to move forward. My role, as your supporting partner, is to help you in thinking things through with clarity and determination, to help you in specifying what you really want and how you can move towards it and subsequently to keep you focussed on that path. Working with me will enable you to find greater self-awareness of facing the truth about what’s happening in your life, explore alternative perspectives, achieve clarity of vision, gain accountability and make progress towards your vision.
